




### **Job Summary** We are seeking a **Mid-Level IT Support Analyst** to provide technical support to employees, ensuring efficiency, quality, and excellence in the operation of equipment and systems. This position requires expertise in diagnosing, maintaining, and supporting IT infrastructure. At FSB Holding, **your excellence builds our reputation—and vice versa**. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide on-site and remote technical support, performing problem diagnosis and resolution. * Configure and update computers, printers, peripherals, and applications. * Monitor and maintain basic IT infrastructure. * Log support requests in the ticketing system and track service response deadlines. * Prepare, configure, and deploy equipment for new employees. * Participate in internal projects and support the implementation of new technological solutions, as needed. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical or higher education degree in Information Technology fields. * Prior experience in technical support or help desk roles. * Knowledge of hardware maintenance, networking (TCP/IP and Wi-Fi), Windows 10/11 operating systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong problem-diagnosis and resolution skills, good communication, proactivity, and user relationship abilities. * Familiarity with Active Directory and monitoring tools is desirable. ### **Details** * **Location and Work Mode:** On-site – Brasília. * **Willingness to Travel:** Yes (national and international). * **English Proficiency:** An advantage. * **This position is also open to candidates with disabilities (PCD).** * **Fluig ID:** 878135
