We are expanding and seeking professionals ready to grow with us. **Job Mission:** Ensure the stability, security, and performance of the company’s IT infrastructure, structured internal network, mobile devices, printers, corporate systems, and payment integrations (POS and TEF), guaranteeing operational continuity and efficient support to branches. **Key Responsibilities:** **Infrastructure and Hardware** * Installation, maintenance, and configuration of computers (desktops and laptops) * Installation, maintenance, and configuration of printers * Installation and configuration of POS and TEF * Installation, configuration, and support for corporate mobile devices * Preventive and corrective maintenance of IT assets **Network and Connectivity** * Maintenance of structured cabling * Rack organization and maintenance * IP address mapping and network device configuration * Network security monitoring and analysis * Implementation and maintenance of security policies (GPO) **System Administration** * Creation and maintenance of users in Active Directory * Creation and management of users in Microsoft 365 Admin * User control in the Atende Simples system * Management of permissions and access rights **Mobile Device Management** * Control and registration of corporate SIM cards * Configuration and support for corporate cell phones **Asset and Supply Management** * Control and maintenance of the IT inventory * Procurement and management of IT supplies * Organization and control of assets **Support and Operations** * On-site technical support * Remote support to branches * Incident ticket handling and resolution
