




Job Summary: The professional will provide Level 1 and 2 infrastructure technical support, monitor infrastructure, and assist in administering network services and operating systems. Opportunity for learning and technical growth ### **Responsibilities** * Provide Level 1 and 2 infrastructure technical support, including analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents and service requests. * Support infrastructure monitoring (servers, network links, services) using tools such as **Zabbix, PRTG, or similar**. * Perform operational tasks in virtualization environments (**VMware or Hyper\-V**), such as creating and performing basic adjustments to virtual machines. * Assist in administration of network services: **DNS, DHCP, VPN, users, and permissions** * Provide support for operating systems: **Windows Server and Linux (basic/intermediate)** * Support preventive maintenance: System updates Patch application (under supervision) * Execute **backup and restore** routines according to defined procedures. * Handle incident tickets and service requests following best practices of **ITIL (Incident and Service Request)**. * Validate network connectivity and support analysis of basic issues related to: TCP/IP, remote access, VPN * Support installation and configuration of environments: On\-premises and cloud (basic) * Participate in critical incidents with guidance from more experienced analysts. * Document incidents, solutions, and procedures. ### **Requirements** * **1–2 years’ experience** in infrastructure support or an advanced Service Desk role. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of: **Windows Server (AD, users, permissions)** **Linux (basic commands – CLI)** * Familiarity with virtualization: **VMware or Hyper\-V** * Networking knowledge: **TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN (basic)** * Experience with monitoring tools is a plus. * Familiarity with: **Office 365** Backup and restore * Basic knowledge of **ITIL**. ### **Desirable Knowledge** * Familiarity with **AWS or Azure** * Knowledge of: **File Server, Print Server, WSUS** * Familiarity with: **Firewall (basic)** VLAN and basic routing * Basic scripting: **PowerShell or Bash** * Certifications (a plus): **CompTIA Network\+, ITIL Foundation, LPIC\-1 (entry-level)** ### **Technical Competencies** * User and infrastructure support * Basic network troubleshooting * Initial server administration * Environment monitoring * Execution of operational routines (backup, patching, checklists) ### **Behavioral Profile** * Willingness to learn and grow technically * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Strong communication skills with users and team members * Operational organization and discipline * Ability to follow processes and procedures ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance ### **Department:** Corporate
