**We are looking for a Mid-Level Infrastructure Analyst** to be part of the next chapters of the **Most Beautiful Story in Football!** This professional will play a key role in supporting, evolving, and securing the Vasco da Gama SAF IT environment, working on both On\-Premise and Cloud (Azure/Microsoft 365\) infrastructures. Responsibilities include advanced technical support, server and network administration, corporate tools management, and active participation in improvement and digital transformation projects. Join the \#Giant! **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Provide level 3 technical support, resolving high-complexity incidents and problems. * Administer physical and virtual servers (Windows Server 2022 and Linux on VMware). * Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID, Defender, and Power BI. * Participate in infrastructure projects from solution design through delivery and implementation. * Ensure security policies, access controls, monitoring, and governance across environments. * Configure and maintain Fortinet network infrastructure (firewall and switches). * Support and configure Ubiquiti wireless networks (UniFi: Cloud Key, Network Controller, Dream Machine). * Maintain videoconferencing systems up-to-date and operational. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring traceability and best practices. **EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in level 3 support and infrastructure administration. * Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, Arcserve UDP, and networks (Fortinet and Ubiquiti). **SKILLS** * Clear and effective communication. * Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset. * Planning and organizational skills. * Collaborative work with internal teams and vendors. * Analytical profile focused on problem-solving. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Certifications such as AZ\-104, MS\-500, MS\-900, ITIL, or VMware (VCP). * Technical English reading proficiency.
