Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What we’re looking for:** An organized and proactive individual. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Providing user support via phone, remote, or in-person assistance, as well as logging incidents to enable analysis and resolution of tickets, escalating them to resolver groups when necessary; * Handling tickets related to operating systems, software, hardware, networks, Microsoft Office suite, databases, printers and peripherals, as well as technical requests concerning services, security, and products; * Delivering technical support to ensure high availability and performance of client platforms; and, when required, guiding and training users; * Performing requirements analysis, development, testing, acceptance, and deployment related to infrastructure; * Conducting directory mapping, configuring POP/Exchange and Lotus Notes email, setting up user profiles, installing VPN, and configuring Active Directory and IP addresses; Performing requirements analysis, development, testing, acceptance, and deployment related to infrastructure; * **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required expertise:** * Windows; * Active Directory; * Certificate Services; * Clustering and NLB; * IIS; * Terminal Server; * Computer Networks; * Basic Information Security knowledge. **Preferred qualifications:** * CITRIX knowledge; * ITIL certification; * MCITP: EA or MCSE certification. **Working Hours:** * ****Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, in Botafogo \- Rio de Janeiro **NOTE:** Hey!
