Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, controlling, and performing maintenance and project activities for Control Systems in offshore units, ensuring technical assistance and availability. Key Highlights: 1. Support offshore units in Control Systems and maintenance. 2. Participate in strategic/corporate improvement projects. 3. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and technical standards. Responsible for planning, controlling, and performing activities related to maintenance and project execution within the Control Systems discipline, to ensure technical assistance to offshore units, as well as contribute to their availability and achievement of business-defined results. Participate/Support supplier contracts, internal and external clients, audits, general compliance assurance, and assessment of offshore employees' technical competencies. \- Responsible for planning, controlling, and performing maintenance related activities and project execution of the Control Systems discipline, to ensure the technical assistance to the offshore units, as well as contributing to its availability and the results achievement, established for the business. Attend/Support on suppliers' contracts, to internal and external clients, audits, compliance assurance in general and offshore employee technical competence assessment. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking a professional for the position of **Control System Engineer** **To perform duties such as:** * Support offshore units on Control Systems by providing technical assistance, executing/supervising corrective and preventive maintenance, and implementing onshore and onboard projects; develop engineering solutions, define work packages, monitor KPIs, and promote continuous improvement. * Contribute to the POB plan and maintenance planning in alignment with IA Planners; validate the forecast of maintenance services and track the integrated maintenance plan. * Participate in strategic/corporate projects, identifying improvement opportunities to achieve business goals. * Maintain equipment availability and on-time task execution, pursuing compliance, cost efficiency, and backlog reduction. * Support annual OPEX/CAPEX budgeting for Control Systems, based on historical data, technical knowledge, best practices, and risk analysis. * Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and technical standards; participate in audits and develop action plans to correct nonconformities. * Ensure technical-operational alignment with the client by attending technical review meetings. * Conduct technical evaluations of service providers (pre-qualification), draft scopes of work, support Procurement in tenders, evaluate/approve technical proposals, approve contract extensions, and manage suppliers through to closure (reports and BMs). * Standardize and improve corrective/preventive maintenance processes across the fleet, defining planning/execution workflows per corporate procedures and engaging the Maintenance Committee and stakeholders (Operations and Offshore Teams). * Promote continuous improvement of the IMS by tracking projects and updating/monitoring documents under the Control Systems discipline. * Fulfill company objectives, policies, and procedures; maintain integration with clients, community, suppliers, and leadership, seeking clarifications when necessary. * Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and queries related to Control Systems, enhancing fleet performance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory. Postgraduate studies in areas related to the discipline of expertise are a plus. MBA or equivalent is a plus; * CREA * Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory. Basic knowledge of CMMS (SAP preferred) is expected. * Fluent English \- We are looking for a professional to work as **Control System Engineer** **To develop activities such as:** * Support offshore units on Control Systems by providing technical assistance, executing/supervising corrective and preventive maintenance, and delivering projects onshore and onboard; develop engineering solutions, define work packs, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. * Contribute to the POB plan and maintenance planning in alignment with IA Planners; validate the maintenance services forecast and track the integrated maintenance plan. * Participate in strategic and corporate projects, identifying improvement opportunities to meet business targets. * Maintain equipment availability and on\-time execution of maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and backlog reduction. * Support annual OPEX/CAPEX budgeting for Control Systems based on history, technical knowledge, best practices, and risk assessment to inform management decisions. * Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and technical standards; participate in audits and create action plans to correct nonconformities. * Ensure operational technical alignment with the client by joining technical review meetings. * Conduct technical evaluations of service providers for pre\-qualification; draft detailed scopes, support Procurement in tenders, evaluate/approve technical proposals, approve contract extensions, and manage suppliers through planning, execution, closeout, and report/BM approvals. * Standardize and improve corrective/preventive maintenance processes fleet\-wide, defining planning/execution workflows in line with corporate procedures and engaging the Maintenance Committee and key stakeholders (Operations and Offshore teams). * Promote continuous improvement of the IMS by tracking project status and updating/monitoring IMS documents under the Control Systems discipline. * Adhere to company objectives, policies, and procedures; maintain integration with clients, community, suppliers, and leadership, seeking clarification as needed. * Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and queries related to Control Systems, improving fleet performance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree of Engineering is required.
