Controller Analyst

Job Summary: The Controller Analyst will be responsible for preparing financial statements, management reports, and budget monitoring, evaluating company performance. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for financial statements and management reports 2. Active participation in the budgeting process and cost monitoring 3. Performance analysis to suggest improvements CONTROLLER ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES * Preparation of financial statements (Income Statement and Balance Sheet), various management reports, and KPIs; * Conducting various analyses to evaluate company and departmental performance and propose improvement suggestions; * Participation in the budgeting process, coordinating forecasts with other departments and aligning the final budget with senior management; * Monitoring actual vs. budgeted results, identifying variances from forecasts and suggesting corrective actions; * Control of account and cost center records; * Monitoring of product and service costs and corresponding margins. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES * Solid experience in controller activities, development of management reports, and budget management; * Knowledge of tax and accounting principles; * Advanced Excel; * TOTVS system knowledge required.
