Leadership will also address any questions you may have about the position. **Job Responsibilities:** Lead the mechanics team at the Central Workshop’s Restoration Workshop; manage mechanical restoration execution operations, ensuring monitoring and achievement of pre-established SLAs across all restoration process stages. Ensure efficiency versus production volume to enhance delivery, maintain ready-to-ship inventory, and increase Lev’s revenue. Monitor team absenteeism and foster motivation to ensure mechanics’ commitment to achieving performance indicators set by the Coordinator. Additional responsibilities apply. **Required Knowledge:** Proven prior experience as a workshop supervisor, in production lines, factories, etc. Proficiency in implementing and developing processes. Operational control. **Competencies:** Strong interpersonal skills; leadership skills; operational skills; creativity; drive. **Preferred Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree; proven experience as a supervisor in operations—either bicycle mechanics or other related industrial production activities.
