Record, track, and keep service orders updated in the management system (CMMS). Assist in planning preventive maintenance for equipment and building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building automation, and civil). Support inventory control of materials, tools, and spare parts. Interact with suppliers and third parties, assisting in requesting and tracking services. Contribute to preparing technical reports, performance indicators, and action plans. Monitor routines for periodic inspections, patrols, and compliance checklists. Ensure communication between the technical team and hotel operational departments, facilitating rapid responses to guest and internal department requests. Act as the interface with the Architecture department, supporting projects, renovations, finishes, and aesthetic adaptation of spaces in coordination with building maintenance. Comply with and reinforce safety protocols and applicable regulations, safeguarding physical integrity, **Requirements:** Technical education or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Production, or related fields). Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Specific Knowledge: Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, building automation, or civil maintenance.
