Develop and implement process improvements Position Summary: Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and guiding technical teams to ensure efficient project execution, maintenance of quality standards, and compliance with deadlines and established goals. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and supervise technical team activities - Plan and assign tasks according to priorities and deadlines - Ensure the technical quality of delivered services/products - Address complex technical issues - Develop and implement process improvements - Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) - Train and develop the team - Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards - Collaborate with other departments (management, clients, suppliers) - Prepare technical and managerial reports - Be responsible for various company contracts.
