Together, let’s build the world’s best healthcare community! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the Clinical Engineering Technicians team, providing support aligned with quality and safety standards for the Institution’s healthcare environment, covering Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems; * Plan and assign preventive, predictive, and routine technical maintenance schedules for medical equipment among team members; * Monitor, guide, and perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on facilities and equipment, ensuring their availability and full operational functionality while meeting safety and quality standards; * Supervise the maintenance process for scheduling and executing preventive maintenance of medical equipment across units under your responsibility; * Implement quality control systems to ensure hemodialysis equipment and procedures comply with applicable regulations and safety standards; * Clarify questions regarding adjustment, calibration, and operation of testing tools and equipment to ensure work execution meets established specifications; * Supervise the team in managing the installed technology park through activities such as acceptance testing, registration, inventory, maintenance planning, evaluation, and decommissioning/replacement of medical equipment; * Contribute to healthcare environment quality and safety concerning medical technologies and building systems by proposing actions and acting promptly to correct non-conformities; * Test medical technologies, observing their operation and comparing them against previously defined schematics to detect potential failures or irregularities; * Monitor and guide activities related to maintenance and operation of critical water treatment systems to ensure safety and quality of hemodialysis procedures; * Conduct regular inspections and performance evaluations of water treatment systems and ensure prompt resolution of any issues; * Supervise and organize preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment—including filter replacement, disinfection, instrument calibration, and other routine procedures—ensuring compliance with water quality standards, regulatory requirements, and guidelines set by regulatory agencies; * Plan and control service quality, develop and implement contingency plans for problem resolution and emergencies, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery; * Contribute to strategic planning and budget execution for your area’s operating costs, as well as to the consistency and reliability of managerial information provided by the area, offering appropriate guidance, direction, and support during preparation of managerial reports, monitoring and controlling expenditures, and timely recommending corrective measures for deviations; * Support workforce maintenance, qualification, and performance by identifying training and development needs, promotions, transfers, hiring/replacements, etc., promoting performance management and feedback, interacting with the team in applying policies to foster a motivating environment for colleagues; * Uphold and enforce the Institution’s Mission and Strategic Vision, internal regulations, compliance requirements, and quality management systems; comply with ANS, ANVISA regulations, and health, hygiene, and occupational safety standards inherent to the sector; use PPEs/collective protective equipment (PPE/CPE) whenever required by the activity; * § Perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned at the discretion of the immediate supervisor, provided they align with your qualifications, knowledge, and experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical High School education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Construction, or related fields, with active CFT certification. * Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. **Additional Information** What do we offer?
