**RESPONSIBILITIES:** A highly qualified NOC and SOC Operations Manager to lead our IT and cybersecurity operations. This professional will be responsible for managing the NOC (Network Operations Center) and SOC (Security Operations Center) teams, ensuring efficient IT infrastructure operation and protection against cyber threats. Key responsibilities: Manage NOC and SOC teams, promoting strategic and operational alignment. Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of networks and IT systems monitored by the NOC. Coordinate and supervise detection, analysis, and response to security incidents in the SOC. Develop and implement performance metrics (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency. Draft and maintain policies, processes, and procedures for IT and cybersecurity operations. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations such as ISO 27001 and LGPD. Collaborate closely with other departments—including infrastructure, development, and compliance—to align organizational objectives. Provide executive reports on operational performance and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure continuous training and technical development of teams. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or related fields. Proven experience managing NOC and SOC operations. Strong knowledge of networking, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Desired certifications: ITIL, CISSP, CCNA, CISM, or equivalents. Crisis management and complex problem-solving skills. Experience with network and security monitoring tools and platforms such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, Zabbix, SolarWinds, among others. Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills. Preferred qualifications: Experience in high-availability and complex IT environments. Experience in digital transformation projects and adoption of new technologies.
