This role spans from requirements gathering through implementation and monitoring of solutions, with strong emphasis on BI tools, data, and automation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop dashboards and reports in **Power BI** * Create solutions using **Power Platform (Power Apps, Forms, etc.)** * Develop and monitor operational dashboards (**Grafana, PI Vision**) * Gather, analyze, and document system and solution requirements * Support the development of operational monitoring processes * Conduct technical feasibility studies * Prepare technical documentation and management reports * Plan and execute testing of developed solutions * Support initiatives leveraging data, automation, and emerging technologies (AI, machine learning) **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; * Experience with: * Power BI; * Advanced Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); * Development and implementation of technological solutions; * Requirements gathering and technical documentation. **Preferred Qualifications** --------------------------- * Knowledge of Grafana and PI Vision; * Experience with databases (e.g., PI System or similar); * Familiarity with SAP PM; * Experience with Power Apps; * Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. **Additional Information** * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher * Wellhub (Gympass) It all began when Antônio José started working alongside his father as an electrical materials representative.
