





Job Description: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Prior experience coordinating HR functions and working across People and Management subsystems; * Experience in the educational sector is a strong advantage; * Excellent communication skills, empathy, and relationship-building abilities; * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Knowledge of assessment tools, development methodologies, and HR metrics; * Proficiency in culture, climate, and performance management practices. * Lead and coordinate People and Management subsystems, including Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Organizational Climate, Culture, and Performance; * Serve as a strategic partner to leadership teams, supporting people management initiatives, team structuring, and competency development; * Oversee onboarding processes, career pathing, internal communications, and employee engagement activities across units; * Monitor HR metrics and propose continuous improvements to internal processes and policies; * Design and implement programs reinforcing organizational culture, with emphasis on diversity, inclusion, well-being, and belonging; * Conduct performance evaluation cycles, calibration sessions, and individual development plans; * Support administrative personnel processes in collaboration with the Payroll and Administration team, ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation; * Implement tools, methodologies, and rituals that enhance the employee experience and strengthen people management. 2512040202181901029
