




Job Summary: The Documentation Intern will support document control and management activities, contributing to the organization and standardization of documents. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in organization and standardization The Documentation Intern will support document control and management activities for projects, contributing to document organization, standardization, and proper flow between the company, internal teams, and clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in sending project documents to clients; * Support the receipt, verification, and distribution of client comments to the project team; * Provide support in internal document management within the GED E\-CLIC and SharePoint systems; * Collaborate in developing and updating the project Reference Document List. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Archival Science, Library Science, Business Administration, or related fields; * Must be enrolled from the 3rd semester onward; * Availability for night-shift students.
