Job Summary: SEEL Engineering is seeking a Planning and Construction Control Intern to assist in the development, monitoring, and tracking of physical and financial controls, supporting managerial decision-making. Project Cost Analysis and Control SEEL Engineering seeks a Planning and Construction Control Intern to work at our headquarters in Duque de Caxias/RJ, assisting the planning and control team in developing, monitoring, and tracking physical and financial controls for construction projects, thereby supporting managerial decision-making. **Responsibilities** Schedule Monitoring: Analyze physical schedules (MS Project) based on weekly updates provided by construction sites. Management Reports: Support the preparation of project status reports, performance indicators (KPIs), and management presentations. Productivity Monitoring: Analyze construction service productivity data, using information supplied by construction sites. Cost Control: Monitor cost allocations applied to services by construction sites for individual project control. Dashboards: Assist in creating and updating dashboards. **Desirable Qualifications** Education: Pursuing a Civil Engineering degree; expected graduation starting from the 5th semester (or at least one year of internship remaining). Microsoft Office: Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. Technical Tools: Familiarity with MS Project and Power BI will be considered advantageous. Soft Skills: Execution-oriented and analytical profile, strong logical reasoning, organizational skills, proactivity, and communication ability.
