Technical training in industrial mechanics and refrigeration, **minimum 5 years of experience** in operation and maintenance of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, as well as knowledge of supervisory and automation control systems for HVAC applications, AutoCAD, maintenance planning, quality management, and CMMS usage. Main responsibilities: · Management of on-site team, handling disciplinary matters, ensuring team’s professional appearance, monitoring attendance, supervising use and distribution of materials and equipment; · Supervise maintenance and operation activities, set priorities, control and update the PMOC and maintenance schedule and shutdowns, inspect, guide and monitor service execution, maintain technical and administrative areas in appropriate conditions of cleanliness and organization (5S), monitor equipment operating parameters, interpret drawings and designs, specify services, materials and equipment, identify problems and generate solutions, analyze defect or failure diagnostics, organize, monitor and distribute work orders (WOs), approve completed services; · Prepare technical documentation, register equipment, draft control forms, prepare operation manuals, keep technical documentation up to date, issue monthly service reports; · Manage resources, select suppliers, analyze team productivity and equipment efficiency, control consumption of supplies, manage internal inventory of materials, spare parts and equipment, analyze statistical data from maintenance software; · Ensure worker safety during routine activities, controlling production methods and processes, complying with safety standards, overseeing component testing, monitoring high-complexity and hazardous tasks, and sustainability-related processes; 32 · Perform, on a supplementary basis, the duties of technicians in air conditioning and mechanical ventilation operation and maintenance; · Serve as the communication interface between the client’s supervision team and the contractor; · **Proven academic/professional experience in maintenance and operation of Trane CVGF400TR liquid-cooled chiller unit**.
