Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing construction project planning, monitoring execution, and guiding the team to meet the Client’s requirements, with emphasis on productivity, quality, and cost control. At Andrade Gutierrez, all people are welcome, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or disability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop construction project planning, sizing resources and timelines, monitoring execution, and guiding the workforce to meet Client requirements and achieve the Company’s desired levels of productivity, quality, and cost. * Monitor and issue reports and evidence for Client progress measurement, develop KPIs and presentations, and support engineering planners; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in construction project planning; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact across various project areas (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management, Commissioning); * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint; * Currently pursuing an Engineering degree **Additional Information** Work Location: Rio de Janeiro \- RJ * WE ARE AG It is through the strength of \#OurPeople that we build the future and reach ever further! * OUR HISTORY Andrade Gutierrez was founded in 1948 in Minas Gerais, born from the dream of three young engineers who began building roads—and never stopped.
