Job Summary: This professional will support the planning and scheduling of industrial maintenance activities, consolidate data for asset performance analysis, and manage resources. Key Highlights: 1. Asset performance analysis and report preparation **Requirements:** Academic Qualifications * Completed Technical Course in: Electromechanics / Mechanics / Electrotechnics / Industrial Maintenance / Administration or Logistics (with maintenance experience) Desirable Additional Courses * PCM (Maintenance Planning and Control) * MS Project, Advanced Excel, or other maintenance management systems Competencies * Planning and scheduling of work orders (preventive, corrective, and predictive) * Backlog control and maintenance scheduling * Maintenance KPI management (MTTR, MTBF, availability) * Preparation of technical reports and performance charts * Interface with operational and technical departments to align priorities * Control of materials and spare parts * Knowledge of safety and quality standards (NRs, ISO, etc.) * Organization and attention to detail * Analytical ability and logical reasoning * Clear and objective communication * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration * Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement focus Responsibilities: * Support industrial maintenance activity planning * Update and monitor maintenance schedules * Consolidate data for asset performance analysis * Ensure availability of resources (human and material) for execution * Participate in scheduling meetings and maintenance plan reviews * Populate maintenance management systems with up-to-date information Differentiators: * Prior experience in maintenance or planning areas * Familiarity with management tools such as TOTVS / SIM \+ / Infraspeak * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$3\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
