Job Summary: We are seeking a Planning and Demand Manager to strategically manage Zerezes' purchasing and sales planning, optimizing inventory, costs, and service levels. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **Planning and Demand Manager**, whose mission is to strategically manage Zerezes' purchasing and sales planning—integrating sales forecasting, procurement processes, international logistics, and product master data management—with a focus on optimizing inventory, costs, and service levels. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Lead the S\&OP process, performing demand forecasting and supply planning; * Analyze market trends and product life cycles to optimize product mix and profitability; * Align planning with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams; * Manage procurement strategies, OTB, inventory levels, and relationships with domestic and international suppliers; * Supervise import processes, logistics, and governance of product master data; * Monitor departmental KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in planning, replenishment, and supply; * Lead and develop the team, promoting operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Analytical profile with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; * Experience leading teams and managing KPIs; * Experience in Demand Planning, S\&OP, or Supply Planning—preferably in retail, fashion, or consumer goods; * Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI or Looker); * Intermediate or advanced English; * Interest in innovation, technology, and Artificial Intelligence tools; * Preferred: Knowledge of import/commercial operations; * Advantage: Knowledge of Product Master Data Management processes. **Soft Skills:** * Organized and detail-oriented profile, ensuring quality and accuracy in deliverables; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across company departments; * Strategic mindset and ability to identify improvement opportunities and prevent problems; * Proactivity, ownership mindset, and creativity to propose efficient solutions; Flexibility and dynamism to manage multiple projects and priorities in a constantly evolving environment. * **Benefits** * Market-competitive **fees**; * **Porto Seguro Health Plan** \- At no cost (ward coverage); * **Porto Seguro Dental Plan** \- At no cost; * **Meal/food allowance** — R$ 880.00 per month on CAJU card; * **Transportation allowance** — Provided as needed \- deposited onto CAJU card with payroll deduction as required by law; * **WellHub** (formerly GymPass); * **Psicologia Viva** (mental health benefit – 02 free sessions per month); * **Conexa Saúde** (discounts at pharmacies and for medical exams); * **Employee discount program for Zerezes products;** * **On Happy** (leisure travel discounts); * **Corporate recognition program;** * **Opportunities for professional growth and development.** **Employment type:** PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) **Office location:** Ipanema / Rio de Janeiro ***All our positions are inclusive of Persons with Disabilities (PCD) and all forms of diversity.*** Come discover why it even hurts to call us an optical store!
