Job Summary: GRUPO GERA is seeking a Systems and IT Supervisor to lead a team, ensure IT infrastructure availability, manage projects, and optimize workflow within the company. Key Highlights: 1. GRUPO GERA \- An economic group focused on renewable energy, efficient and sustainable solutions, is looking for a qualified professional to join our team as **Systems and IT Supervisor** **Responsibilities:** * **People Management:** Lead a team of 4–5 members (Developers and Infrastructure/Support), defining priorities and goals. * **Availability Assurance:** Ensure uninterrupted operation of the IT infrastructure (networks, access, servers, and SharePoint), acting as an enabler for the support team. * **Project Management:** Translate business pain points into technical scopes for the development team, while also reviewing processes and proposing preventive improvements—not merely reacting to errors. * **Workflow Management:** Organize the development backlog and helpdesk requests, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation of automations. **Requirements:** * **SQL Proficiency:** Ability to write and analyze complex queries (essential for our ERP). * **ERP Experience:** Understanding of module logic, workflows, and dashboards. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or Engineering. **Preferred Qualifications:** * **Project Management:** Formal education or certification (PMP, Scrum, CAPM). * **Leadership:** Prior experience (formal or informal) leading teams or projects. * **Infrastructure Knowledge:** Familiarity with security, networking, and Microsoft environment administration. **COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:** * Salary negotiable; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance \- R$ 37.00 per business day; * Life insurance; * Educational partnership; * TotalPass partnership; * Sulamérica Health Plan; * Sulamerica Dental Plan – Basic Plan Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$7\.500,00 per month Selection Questions: * On a scale of 1 to 10, what is your SQL proficiency level (complex SELECTs, JOINs, Procedures, Triggers)? * Do you have experience with project management methodologies?
