




Job Summary: A technical support professional responsible for assembling, repairing, and configuring equipment; training users; and maintaining hardware and software. Key Highlights: 1. Train users on available applications. Perform equipment maintenance and upkeep. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Respond to open support tickets Perform equipment maintenance and upkeep Register network access and usage Install software and perform adaptations and modifications to improve equipment performance Provide technical support for software and hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance Execute infrastructure services including data network cabling, telephone systems, and servers **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** Technical education (Data Processing, Computer Science, Networking, Computer Maintenance, Electronics). **ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE** Experience in user support and network infrastructure.
