Main Responsibilities: * First-level technical support to users * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and software * Network, printer, and peripheral support * Incident logging and tracking * Assistance with preventive equipment maintenance Requirements: * Basic knowledge of technical support and IT infrastructure * Familiarity with operating systems (Windows) and Microsoft Office suite * Strong communication and organizational skills * Technical or undergraduate studies in IT currently in progress Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
