




Job Summary: The professional will provide user support and technical assistance, including ticket handling, on-site visits, Microsoft tools, equipment configuration, network setup, and optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support to users 2. Desktop/laptop configuration and optimization 3. On-site and ticketing-tool-based support User support; Support via ticketing system/phone; Ticket prioritization; Follow-up with users; On-site user support; Support for Microsoft or similar tools; Formatting and configuration of desktops/laptops (for new users); Printer configuration; Print driver support; Software updates; Antivirus updates; Backup support; Email configuration; Data network support; Machine cleaning and optimization for improved performance. Requirements: - Reside near the center of Rio de Janeiro. - Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support. - Knowledge of systems. - Must hold MEI registration.
