




Job Summary: This role involves providing technical support to employees, installing and configuring equipment, and assisting with hardware, software, and network maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Basic technical support to employees 2. Preventive maintenance of equipment 3. Assistance in inventory and network management * Provide support to employees experiencing basic technical difficulties (e.g., system access, printer issues, e\-mails, etc.); * Support the installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance of equipment (computers, printers, routers, etc.); * Assist in organizing hardware and software inventory; * Monitor technical service requests via the ticketing system and help close them; * Support the infrastructure team in network maintenance (cabling, routers, switches); * Assist in formatting and preparing machines for new employees; * Support access control, permission management, and user account creation.
