





Description: Requirements for this position: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Information Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Networks; * Knowledge of the Windows operating system; * Proficiency with Office tools. Additional qualifications (preferred but not required): * Familiarity with Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems is a plus. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Providing first-level support for hardware- and software-related issues; installing and configuring computers, notebooks, and tablets; * Supporting the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, their subsystems, and applications; * Supporting environments running Microsoft, iOS, and Linux operating systems; * Assisting the information systems development team; * Promptly and accurately addressing customer requests, documenting and resolving them according to technical procedures; * Staying up-to-date by reading operational procedures, attending meetings, trainings, certifications, and other relevant activities; * Handling service requests quickly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction; * Creating technical documentation and tutorials; * Assisting analysts with testing, service requests, and system improvements; * Configuring peripherals. 2512050202181677143
