If you seek a place to learn, build, and create impact, join our team and become a **REAQTER!** **What will you do in this role?** * Lead **Recruitment and Selection** processes, including job profile alignment, job posting, resume screening, interviews, and evaluation reports; * Support and monitor the **onboarding and integration process** for new employees; * Manage **Training and Development**, performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and Individual Development Plan (IDP) creation; * Support **HR Administration** routines, including benefits management, time tracking, employee onboarding, and internal transfers; * Develop and monitor **HR metrics and reports**, contributing to analysis and decision-making; * Support initiatives related to **employee engagement, organizational culture, and internal communication**; * Provide support to leaders and employees on people management topics; * Contribute to the **continuous improvement of HR processes**, ensuring organization, employee experience, and compliance with internal policies. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields** * Experience in **Generalist HR (Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, HR Administration, and People & Culture)** * Hands-on experience in **Recruitment & Selection and the full employee lifecycle** * Intermediate **Excel** skills and HR metrics knowledge * Organized, communicative profile with strong sense of priority **Having experience working directly with business units and/or as a Business Partner (BP) is a plus** **Benefits** * Meal Allowance * Full Commuter Pass or Fuel Allowance * TotalPass \+ C4Life \+ Clude * Health and Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * **Hybrid model (4x1\)** **Location** Rio de Janeiro – RJ
