This is fundamental to our core company values and vital to our success. **What you’ll do:** * Conduct on-site inspections and monitor the building and Data Center alarms; * Perform preventive maintenance on site infrastructure (e.g., primary infrastructure maintenance) or manage vendors. Assist senior staff with repairs and corrective maintenance; * Complete site logs and collect data for authorizations, such as MOPs and scripts; * Assist senior staff in responding to all on-site incidents and act as instructed. Respond to basic incidents based on your own technical knowledge and experience; * Fulfill basic service requests and circuit installations; * Provide assistance to the department during routine maintenance activities; * Contribute to ongoing infrastructure projects; * Conduct periodic rounds in the Data Center and perform necessary electrical procedures. **What you’ll need:** * Completed high school education; * Technical course in Electrical Engineering or Electrotechnology; * Availability to work on a night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM at our Data Center located in Botafogo. **What would be a plus if you have:** * Knowledge of English language and refrigeration Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
