If you aspire to drive transformation and believe you can add value to challenges involving social and environmental responsibility, Engemon is the ideal place for you! **Your responsibilities will include:** * Participating in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals to define technical pricing and project monitoring reports for engineering-contracted projects. * Supporting coordination of work activities, including material take-offs for projects, contractors, and service deliveries. * Assisting in the creation or revision of technical documents, technical registrations, structures, and project drawings requested by the company and clients. * Performing tasks related to the Bidding & Contracts Department, such as analyzing invitations/tenders, preparing pricing, sizing solutions, mobilization, demobilization, and contract maintenance in compliance with internal and external standards and procedures. * Managing construction materials inventory. * Accompanying the responsible Engineer during site visits and supporting field inspections. * Ensuring data entry into the computerized system, maintaining documentation organization and filing, assisting in preparing spreadsheets and various reports under supervision. * Upholding workplace safety regulations. * Monitoring construction execution to meet objectives and adhere to scheduled timelines, preparing weekly technical reports detailing progress across various construction phases. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in team management, reading and interpreting project documents, construction schedule control, and quantitative take-offs of equipment, materials, and services. * Experience executing medium- and large-scale construction projects. * High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred. **What we expect from you:** * Effective communication to establish strong client relationships; * Teamwork to foster a friendly environment; * Organization to manage daily demands; * Dynamism to handle a variety of activities and challenges. **Why work at Engemon:** Working at Engemon means joining a company with a rich history, tackling a diverse range of stimulating projects, having opportunities for personal development, being part of an organizational culture that values collaboration, health, and well-being, and contributing to projects generating positive impacts.
