Responsible for operating sewing machines and finishing garments, following production specifications and ensuring product quality. * Prepare and organize the workstation, ensuring sewing machines are in optimal condition for production; * Review the Production Card and Production Order before beginning sewing, confirming all details are clear and correct; * Immediately report any irregularities observed during production to the team leader; * Record signatures on production cards to ensure traceability; * Follow instructions from the team leader, executing production workflow steps efficiently and in accordance with established quality standards; * Assume responsibility for final garment finishing, ensuring all process steps are completed with quality and precision; * Operate a variety of sewing machines—including Automatic Straight Stitch, Interlock, Overlock, Bar Tack, Buttonholer, Binding Machine, Elastic Sewing Machine, Topstitching Machine, and Double Needle—to perform seams according to technical specifications; * Perform buttonhole finishing using both press-type and conventional methods. Qualifications and Requirements: * Proven experience as a sewing machine operator or in related garment manufacturing roles; * Knowledge and proficiency in operating different types of sewing machines.
