We overcome **challenges** to optimize operational performance. **Bring your energy to our business and become part of this success story!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsible for ensuring that all maintenance, inspection, repair, and modification activities on the dedicated FPSO are planned, scheduled, and executed in compliance with the company’s agreed systems, programs, and procedures. Responsible for coordinating the planning of scheduled maintenance shutdowns.** * Interface with offshore teams to ensure the operability and integrity of FPSO mechanical equipment. * Control and plan predictive assessment activities, including but not limited to: oil analysis, corrosion monitoring, and vibration monitoring. * Manage certification campaigns and periodic equipment maintenance; * Control/Monitor, plan, and organize compliance with Brazil’s Ministry of Labor NR\-13 regulation and other applicable equipment-related regulations; * Serve as the focal point (interface) with contracted companies providing onshore and offshore maintenance services; * Monitor the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for assigned mechanical equipment in STAR; * Track KPIs and coordinate with offshore teams to manage backlog or overdue activities; * Periodically deliver KPI reports to the Operations Manager; * Report potential business threats to leadership; * Provide data for POB planning when contractor personnel under your management/coordination require boarding; * Develop an annual Review/Maintenance Plan aligned with resource availability (e.g., budget, subcontractors, POB, spares, etc.); * Support the Operations Manager in developing budgets for scheduled maintenance, focusing on significant equipment overhauls to ensure appropriate cash flow and planning; * Coordinate long-term maintenance contracts in collaboration with the Procurement team and Operations Manager; * Participate in the Emergency Response Organization; * Prepare and deliver documentation for Scheduled Maintenance Shutdowns; * Coordinate Scheduled Maintenance Shutdowns; * Eligible to be registered with the Engineering Council (CREA), if required; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Engineering degree, preferably Mechanical Engineering; * Preferably with experience in maintenance; * Advanced/Fluent English, both written and spoken; * Registration with the Engineering Council (CREA); We began operating the FPSO Cidade de Itajaí in 2013\.
