Perform testing, provide support, and continuously pursue technological updates. **Req ID:** 30168 **Posted on:** 27 Apr 2026 **Location:**Rio de Janeiro, Brazil **Department:** SOLUTION DELIVERY Software Development Analyst II **PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Actively participate in the planning of development projects for solutions and/or customizations, based on technical specifications and defined scope, flowcharts, modeling diagrams, relevant documentation, and technical specifications aligned with identified requirements; * Develop solutions and/or customizations based on project specifications and defined scope, using programming languages and existing tools along with relevant documentation, adhering to schedules and technical specifications aligned with identified requirements. * Participate in and actively contribute to project progress meetings by documenting stages and decisions (meeting minutes), communicating work status, and assisting in resolving potential issues encountered by the project team. * Propose and collaborate on technical specification decisions and data modeling (project scope for the system or application), contributing to defining architectural standards and constructing application diagrams, selecting structural components and their interfaces, mapping connections, internal and external systems, and applied technologies—ensuring team and client understanding and integration with other solutions. * Perform unit and/or acceptance testing on developed systems, evaluating compliance with and fulfillment of requirements and technical specifications, identifying potential deviations, preparing technical reports, and submitting them to the responsible party for appropriate review; * Address identified deviations and improvements according to the action plan established and determined by the technical team. * Submit documentation for the developed solution to the Quality and Testing department regarding user requirements and technical specifications, providing support during test execution when necessary, thereby contributing to solution acceptance and user satisfaction; * Monitor the implementation process of developed solutions, intervening in case of production issues to ensure correct acceptance of solutions in production; * Provide support for existing and deployed applications, analyzing problems and performing necessary corrective actions to rapidly restore solution functionality. * Continuously update knowledge regarding technical innovations in the field—including emerging technologies, tools, resources, software architectures, and other aspects—that may support the development of new solutions and/or systems for the company. * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. * Comply with internal corporate policies focused on Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Preservation, assessing daily adherence to defined operational quality parameters and intervening in case of deviations with responsible technical departments (SESMT and QSMS) to ensure resolution of critical points or risks, thereby preventing occupational accidents and environmental impacts from operations. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. **CERTIFICATIONS, SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND/OR SKILLS:** * English (Advanced) \- will be tested * System development * Web development * Java, C, and C\+\+ * Scrum methodology * Network architectures
