Job Summary: Professional to technically lead the development and supervision of water and sewage projects, structure financial and construction planning, and manage projects and teams. Preparation and review of feasibility studies and planning Description: Requirements and Qualifications * Degree in Sanitary Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; * Proficiency in QGIS or ArcGIS; * Proficiency in AutoCAD; * Solid experience in studies, projects, and planning for water and sewage infrastructure; * Applied technical knowledge of regulations, conceptual design, executive projects, and planning; * Technical leadership of projects. Desirable: * Postgraduate degree or specialization in sanitation or infrastructure; * Knowledge of PowerBI and data analysis; * Familiarity with SewerGEMS and WaterGEMS; * Valid and permanent Brazilian driver's license (Category B). Join us in driving this change—we believe in the power of every individual to create transformation! * Technically lead the development and supervision of water and sewage projects, from conception, planning, through execution; * Structure the financial and construction planning for the company’s Business Plan; * Prepare and review technical feasibility studies, projects, schedules, and reports; * Ensure project alignment with Iguá’s technical, regulatory, and strategic guidelines; * Propose innovative technical solutions and support investment prioritization; * Provide technical support to leadership in decision-making and strategic planning; * Conduct technical meetings with engineering, operations, procurement, and supplier teams; * Serve as the technical interface with internal and external stakeholders; * Directly participate in studies, specifications, and contracting of construction works and services; * Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations; * Guide and support team development. 2512110202491859913
