If you want to join a team that values autonomy, collaboration, and constant growth, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute and verify payroll closing for a large number of employees, ensuring calculation accuracy and adherence to deadlines; * Calculate and verify social charges such as FGTS, INSS, and IRRF, ensuring compliance with current legislation; * Configure, maintain, and continuously improve events in the RM Labore (TOTVS) system; * Generate, validate, and monitor payment slips, ensuring correct submission of information to eSocial and DCTFWeb; * Manage employee lifecycle processes, including vacation calculations, terminations, and labor provisions; * Prepare management reports and perform payroll reconciliations using Excel for data analysis and integrity; * Provide consultative support to employees and leadership, clarifying questions related to payroll and social charges; * Support continuous improvement of processes and internal controls within the Payroll Department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields; * Proven experience with the RM Labore (TOTVS) system; * Solid knowledge of labor legislation and ancillary obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS, INSS, and IRRF); * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (practical test will be administered); * Analytical, organized, resilient profile with strong attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience handling high-volume payroll processing; * Experience in dynamic, high-demand environments; * Knowledge of payroll process improvement and automation. **Additional Information** * **Meal Voucher: BRL 42.00 per day (symbolic monthly deduction of BRL 1.00)** * **Transportation Voucher** * **Birthday Day Off** * **Health Insurance – no payroll deduction** * **Dental Insurance – no payroll deduction** * **Total Pass – wellness and physical activity incentive** * **Education institution discounts** * **Leve Mente Program – focused on emotional well-being** * **Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM** * **One remote workday per week.** We are **Leve Saúde**, the healthtech operator that launched in Rio de Janeiro in September 2020, dedicated to individuals over 45 years old seeking quality healthcare at affordable prices.
