Assist in identifying and resolving connectivity issues We are seeking a Junior Level 1 Network and Support Analyst to join our IT team. The professional will be responsible for providing technical support to users, performing maintenance and configuration of network equipment, and assisting in identifying and resolving connectivity issues. * Degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of computer networks and communication protocols; * Ability to work collaboratively and strong interpersonal communication skills; * Proactivity and willingness to learn and grow within the support and networking field. * Experience and knowledge of GPON networks * Experience and knowledge of MikroTik **Salary: BRL 2000.00 to 2600.00** **Responsibilities:** * Respond to and resolve Level 1 technical support tickets; * Analyze connection issues, network outages, slow performance, and perform basic computer network configurations; * Assist in identifying and resolving connectivity issues; * Document technical procedures and solutions; * Provide customer support via phone, WhatsApp, or ticketing systems; * Conduct basic network tests; * Verify connection signal strength, IP address, ONU/ONT, router, and cable status; * Clearly and simply guide customers on basic technical issues; * Escalate to Level 2 technical team for more complex technical issues.
