Job Summary: Support FAST's IT operations, ensuring agile user support and service delivery while gaining practical knowledge in infrastructure and corporate support. Key Highlights: 1. Direct involvement in a corporate environment with multiple systems **Responsibilities:** Support FAST's IT operations by ensuring responsive user support, proper asset management, and timely assistance, while simultaneously developing hands-on expertise in infrastructure and corporate support. **Key Activities:** * Basic user support (access, passwords, e-mail, Office) * Machine preparation and configuration (laptops/desktops) * Support in access management (SAP, systems, network) * Equipment inventory organization and control * Support in connectivity testing (internet, VOIP) * Incident tracking alongside the analyst * Recording and documentation of support cases **Required Knowledge:** * Basic computer skills (Windows, Office 365) * Fundamental networking concepts (Wi-Fi, IP, routers) * Solid understanding of hardware fundamentals * Interest in technology and technical support * Preferred: basic knowledge of generative AI **Skills:** * Ability to learn quickly * Organizational and disciplinary skills * Strong communication skills with end users * Ability to follow established procedures * Attention to detail **Attitudes:** * Proactivity (essential) * Responsibility * Professional demeanor * Willingness to learn * Commitment to deadlines and quality **IMPORTANT NOTES:** * Currently enrolled in an evening or distance learning (EAD) undergraduate program * Availability to work at the following locations: **Bonsucesso** and **Porto RJ** * Internship position focused on professional development * Real opportunity for career growth within the company * Interest in the IT field * Direct involvement in a corporate environment with multiple systems Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate degree * Breakfast * Commuter allowance
