Job Summary: Responsible for developing, detailing, and adapting technical projects—primarily fire protection projects—as well as supporting technical and operational departments. Key Highlights: 1. Document and project updating and organization **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 3\.000,00 * Food allowance: R$ 100,00 * On-site cafeteria * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Gympass * Telemedicine * Dental plan (ApiVida – with discount) * Partnership with Estácio University * 10% discount on Open English **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: until 5:00 PM **Main Responsibilities:** * Technical project development and detailing (fire protection) * Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings * Measurement and quantity takeoffs * Adapting projects in accordance with technical standards (ABNT and safety regulations) * Support to technical and operational departments * Document and project updating and organization **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Building Construction or ongoing undergraduate degree in Engineering * Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings * Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software * Basic knowledge of technical standards (ABNT – preferred) * Proficiency in Excel * Prior experience in fire protection projects is desirable Minimum Education Level: Technical Course * On-site cafeteria * Partnership with Estácio University \- 10% discount * Telemedicine * Dental plan (ApiVida – with discount) * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Food allowance: R$ 100,00 * Gympass * 10% discount on Open English
