DESCRIPTION: Perform routine inspections to assess equipment condition and operation; perform maintenance on electric motors, motor-pumps, centrifugal pumps, and components (mechanical seals, couplings, bearings, etc.); perform lubrication and adjustments according to technical specifications; disassemble and reassemble motors, identifying and correcting defects; replace oil, clean, and perform general equipment maintenance; record and track repairs performed and replacement parts used; maintain up-to-date inventory records of equipment and spare parts. REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent; Proven experience in this role; Advanced technical knowledge of HVAC maintenance; Ability to diagnose faults, read diagrams, and interpret engineering drawings.
