Store Coordinator | Rio de Janeiro-RJ
**As a Store Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to:**
* Guide and support the development of the store team;
* Monitor sales indicators and propose corrective and preventive actions;
* Assist in store operations;
* Assist in planning sales strategies;
* Execute sales strategies with a focus on achieving targets, turning plans into results;
* Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees;
* Support inventory control;
* Manage the team;
* Be a day-to-day reference for the team, ensuring goal achievement and a positive work environment.

* Completed undergraduate degree;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Analytical and strategic skills;
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities;
