Assist in organizing manuals, diagrams, and technical documentation. Monitor and replenish stock of electronic components. Type simple maintenance reports. Assist in updating preventive maintenance records. Support archiving of technical documents. **Requirements and qualifications** **No prior experience required.** High school enrollment or completion is desirable; preference will be given to candidates studying or graduated in electromechanics, mechanics, automation, electronics, or electrotechnology. Interest in learning administrative routines and developing professional skills; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is considered a plus; Strong communication skills, organization, and eagerness to learn are highly valued.
