ABOUT THIS POSITION: Your daily responsibilities will include: * Executing processes to ensure maintenance of Life Insurance policies and other requests from Customers and Franchise Brokers. What you need: * Process orientation, focus, execution discipline, teamwork, commitment and engagement, and strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone with experience in: * Process execution, insurance industry, back-office operations, and administrative activities. Here, you’ll enjoy flexibility through our hybrid work model (3 days in-office / 2 days remote). This position is based in Rio de Janeiro.
