We currently have an open position for an SDR \- Sales Development Representative. **ABOUT THE POSITION:** We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented SDR to join our commercial team. The professional will be responsible for prospecting new clients, qualifying leads, and feeding the sales pipeline—directly contributing to the company’s growth in the tax consulting segment. Employment Type: CLT \- 100% On-site São Conrado\- Rio de Janeiro **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Actively prospecting new clients via cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn * Qualifying inbound and outbound leads in the tax advisory segment * Scheduling meetings for the Sales team * Maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate prospect information * Tracking and nurturing leads throughout the sales funnel * Achieving monthly targets for prospecting and conversion * Closely collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams * Building relationships with companies requiring tax advisory services
