Learn more about us by clicking here. **ABOUT THE POSITION:** **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Continuously calculating and monitoring insurer product and portfolio results; * Tracking performance and profitability indicators, identifying deviations, trends, and risks; * Conducting actuarial analyses related to pricing, quotations, and product profitability; * Supporting active portfolio management through analyses segmented by product, distribution channel, region, or customer segment; * Preparing management reports and explaining results to local and international executives; * Developing and implementing automation initiatives to drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency; * Complying with corporate governance requirements and internal controls. **We are looking for someone who has:** * Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science (graduated and holding MIBA certification); * Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; * Knowledge of databases and programming; * Experience in the individual life insurance and pension markets; * Advanced English proficiency—reading, writing, and speaking; * Ability to learn quickly; * Autonomy and adaptability; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Commitment and teamwork orientation; * Analytical and investigative mindset. **It would be a plus if you also have:** * Prior experience with individual life insurance, group life insurance, and mass-market products; * Experience with VBA, SAS, or Power BI; Here, you’ll enjoy flexibility with our hybrid work model **(3 days in-office / 2 days remote)**.
