Negotiation-oriented profile and experience in public service Position: Pedagogical/Commercial Tutor Work Location: Madureira Study Center – Rio de Janeiro Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Responsibilities: Provide human-centered support to students requesting course suspension, cancellation, or transfer, aiming to reverse such decisions: Through phone and WhatsApp communication; Negotiate, advocate for, and apply institutional policies focused on student retention; Analyze student requests and offer existing institutional services; Analyze student performance to promote and implement actions and projects aimed at student development and retention; Requirements: Completed high school education; Proficiency in using computer systems; Experience in public service; Negotiation-oriented profile. Reside very close to Irajá (one commute each way).
