Your mission will be to ensure continuous project performance analysis, evaluating causes and impacts influencing their outcomes.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Responsible for supporting the assessment of causes/impacts on project performance;** * **Evaluate the project portfolio, verifying interdependencies, project overlaps, and allocation of available resources, to optimize resource usage and communicate potential portfolio adjustments to senior management;** * **Manage the portfolio, aligning organizational strategy with ongoing projects;** * **Establish processes for portfolio prioritization, communication, and balancing, ensuring optimized resource utilization;** * **Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring they reflect the organization’s strategic and operational objectives;** * **Coordinate dissemination of KPIs to relevant departments.** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering. **Desired and/or Mandatory Experience:** * Ability to assess risks associated with complex issues; * Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously; * Ability to support strategic decision-making under pressure; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. **Qualifications/Certifications:** * Proficiency in English; * SAP system knowledge is a plus. **Additional Information** **What will our meeting at PRIO be like?** We want to get to know you better and understand how we can work together as part of the PRIO Team.
