Job Summary: Responsible for evolving and optimizing cloud operations, ensuring infrastructure reliability, security, and efficiency, leading the cloud strategy, and promoting maturity in FinOps and DevOps. Focus on FinOps, automation, and observability **JOB MISSION** Responsible for assuming, evolving, and optimizing our cloud operations. The focus is to ensure infrastructure reliability, security, and efficiency, leading the cloud strategy and promoting maturity in FinOps, automation, and DevOps best practices across the entire technical team. **MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assume and evolve AWS infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability of production and development environments. * Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters, ensuring application availability, performance, and security in production. * Maintain and evolve infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, ensuring traceability, automation, and consistency across environments. * Implement FinOps practices to continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud infrastructure costs. * Conduct technical and strategic assessment of cloud migration, including cost-benefit analysis, risk evaluation, and transition planning. * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, promoting automation, speed, and quality in software delivery. * Design and evolve observability strategy, including centralized logging, monitoring, and proactive alerting. * Support the engineering team with infrastructure documentation, security best practices, and DevOps culture dissemination. **WHAT WE SEEK (REQUIREMENTS):** ### **Education and Experience** * **Completed undergraduate degree:** in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * **Years of experience:** Between 3 and 5 years. * Proven experience as a DevOps or SRE engineer, operating AWS environments in production. Autonomous profile with strong communication skills. * **AWS (Advanced Level):** Proficiency in services such as EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and Cost Explorer. * **Kubernetes and Terraform:** Cluster management and expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). * **Linux and Scripting:** System administration and automation using Bash or Python. * **FinOps:** Practical experience in cost analysis and optimization, cloud governance, and resource economy. * **CI/CD:** Experience with delivery pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins). ### **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * **Certifications:** AWS certifications (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer) or GCP certifications (Professional Cloud Architect). * **Multi-cloud:** Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and ability to evaluate migrations across providers. * **Observability:** Experience with tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana. **OUR BENEFITS:** Meal/food allowance (Flash): Flexible for either modality Transportation voucher Health insurance (SulAmérica): No co-payment, extendable to dependents (spouse and children) at no additional cost.
