Summary: The Mechanical Engineering Designer is responsible for feasibility studies, integration, management of enhancements, and implementation of the quality system, ensuring validations and supporting prototype projects. Highlights: 1. Feasibility and integration studies 2. Management of enhancement requests and implementation of the quality system 3. Obtaining validations after realization and installation phases Mechanical Engineering Designer \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- KEY DELIVERABLES EXPECTED * Feasibility studies are conducted using challenged and validated CDCs; possible solutions are evaluated from cost, schedule, risk, and functional selection criteria perspectives. * Integration studies are conducted in cooperation with other disciplines. * Enhancement requests are managed in accordance with the DE/Release process. * The quality system and its group's methods are implemented (risk analyses, FMEA, design reviews, quality planning, DTE, nonconformance handling, etc.). * Validations (CI, RF, RC) are obtained after realization, installation, commissioning, and equipment tuning phases, performed in collaboration with related industrial disciplines. * Prototype projects led by process development teams are supported. * As-built documentation is kept up to date.
