This experience enables us to add significant value to the contracts we undertake, as we deeply understand the challenges and problems faced by public institutions across Brazil, and through the exchange and sharing of acquired knowledge—having participated in numerous successful projects nationwide. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain, evolve, and modernize legacy systems developed in Java, ensuring quality, stability, and compatibility. * Develop and implement new functionalities in Java applications. * Use the Spring Framework (MVC, Data, Security, Boot) to build and maintain robust and secure applications. * Manage dependencies using Maven. * Version code using Git (GitLab or GitHub), following best practices for version control. * Participate in system architecture design and improvement, especially in microservices-based environments. * Create and consume REST APIs. * Perform data queries and modeling in relational databases. * Collaborate with the team to define standards, best practices, and continuous integration. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field. * Prior experience with Java. * Proficiency in Spring Boot. * Knowledge of Spring Data, Spring MVC, and Spring Security. * Experience with Hibernate / JPA. * Hands-on experience developing and maintaining microservices. * Experience with relational databases, preferably: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL. * Familiarity with Maven or Gradle. * Familiarity with Git and versioning workflows such as Git Flow. **Desirable** * Knowledge of Docker. * Familiarity with PHP will be considered a valuable asset, especially for integration or maintenance of specific environment components. **Additional Information** Hybrid work in Rio de Janeiro.
