





We are recruiting a Head of Integration to serve as the focal point between school operations and Inspira’s headquarters, ensuring robust, strategic integration aligned with corporate practices. Important: This is a **nationwide position with no fixed location**. The role will be based at the assigned unit, which may be located in any Brazilian state; therefore, availability for travel and relocation is essential. We seek an analytical professional with financial acumen and strong execution capability, eager for professional development and exposure to high-impact challenges. **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead the school’s full integration process, ensuring compliance with Inspira’s policies, systems, and practices. * Map the unit’s capabilities, operational constraints, and needs, developing diagnostics to inform strategic decisions. * Serve as the official channel between the school and the Central Office, ensuring smooth communication and clarity in deliverables. Operate with an owner’s mindset, guaranteeing pace and predictability. * Build relationships across diverse internal stakeholders, maintaining an analytical and astute posture amid daily school operations. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience with financial routines, administrative data analysis, and management systems. * Advanced or fluent English. * Quick reasoning and ability to handle high-volume workloads and multiple stakeholders. * Autonomy in decision-making and skill in navigating diverse scenarios. * Mobility throughout Brazil. * Availability for a temporary assignment (6 months to 2 years), with potential continuation in other units upon high performance. **Additional information** Workload: 44 hours per week Inspira offers: Transportation allowance; Meal allowance; Health insurance; Auster; TotalPass; Your child is eligible for a tuition scholarship (consult the People & Management team for eligibility rules).
