Among its highlights is the infinity pool overlooking the beach, with Arpoador, Morro Dois Irmãos, and Corcovado as its backdrop. The design pays homage to the spirit of Brazilian architecture and design from the 1950s and 1960s, honoring the glorious Bossa Nova era. **Responsibilities and duties** * Welcome guests in accordance with Fasano's standards and procedures; * Monitor guest profiles, research and record their preferences and needs; * Participate in creating and developing initiatives for guest experiences; * Verify and confirm with interconnected departments the fulfillment of guest deliverables; * Complete and monitor the department's checklist; * Carefully inspect and verify room conditions prior to guest arrival; * Organize and manage gifts, packages, and special setups; * Assist the front desk with guest requests, monitoring their stay and schedules. **Requirements and qualifications** * Pursuing or completed higher education; * Advanced/fluency in English; * Experience in the hospitality industry; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of Opera system is a plus; * Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
